Existing semi-detached 3 bedroomed house with a separate dining room and long thin kitchen at the back of the house. Plan was to build a side extension to maximise the width of the garden area and turn the front on the dining room into a utility room and then connect the rest of the areas into a joint kitchen/dining room to maximise space.
