Structural wall knock through, Kitchen Roof replacement, Internal renovation to whole ground floor: Existing 2 up 2 down terraced property with a small gally kitchen at the back of the property. This was our first design and build project. We then worked at producing a structural design to remove the wall between the living room and dining room, re-roof the back kitchen to improve the insulation, install injected damp proof membrane and then renovate the full of the ground floor and kitchen.
