Client had a major structural problem with their property. An existing background floor extension that was built 30 years ago had not installed the correct steel to support the back of the existing house. This meant the back wall of the house was pulling away from the rest of the house and the roof was caving in (if left the wall would eventually fall through). The re-build then included, installing new steels and then re-build the back wall and re build the roof.
